It never ceases to amaze me that Jihad Watchers never cease to be amazed

A Jihad Watch reader deposited this comment in a recent Jihad Watch
post about a typical public statement by Islamic leaders (including Sheik Alaa El-Sayyed, imam in Ontario at Mississauga’s Islamic Society of North America) who were quick to obfuscate the Islamic context of the recent murder of a 16-year-old Muslim girl by her father in Canada:

It never ceases to amaze me how Muslims think Westerner's can't analyze and draw conclusions, called “critical thinking”. It seems that they actually believe that simply because they tell us something, we accept it! Such Mohammed-like megalomania of the “best of peoples” is going to be their downfall. . . So, let me correct the Sheik: This article is nothing but one big fat LIE.

What never ceases to amaze me is not how Muslims think Westerners can’t analyze and draw conclusions, but rather how so many members of the growing anti-Islamic movement fail to see that the bigger problem is how millions of Westerners throughout the West—high and low, Left and Right, commoners and “elites”—fail to analyze the mountain of Islamic data out there and draw the rational conclusions about that data. For, if that latter phenomenon were not dominant and mainstream, offering up juicy opportunities for the propagandizing Muslims to exploit, the problem and danger of Islam would not be enjoying the foothold it is gaining in the West.

In fact, contrary to that Jihad Watcher quoted above, Westerners obviously
can’t analyze and draw conclusions about the danger of Islam. Why can’t Jihad Watchers analyze this, and draw the necessary conclusions...?
